It always amazes me every time I read blogs about virtual jobs and businesses which is more likely Gigats bartering. I like the idea of bartering jobs and services to people which have growing virtual business in Gigats community. I've read from Gigats feedback that the community helps each member to find jobs and clients. It is like helping one another achieve goals and earn money in a virtual world. Pretty amazing huh?

Thanks for the post. I agree with his idea about developing an ICC workflow process. This is essential when building any team whether virtual or not. His other comment regarding the informal process of communication is more relevant especially to building trust within a virtual team.
